Your nurses are leaving. You just don't know which ones yet.

Nearly 75% of home care workers turn over every year. Most providers find out someone is leaving the day they hand in their notice. EIP tells you 90 days before that moment, using data you already have.

The pattern here

Home care turnover has climbed to nearly 75%, and 88% of providers now report moderate or severe staffing challenges, with most turning away referrals as a result. Hospice runs a similar pattern: RN turnover sits at 25.48% and CNA turnover at 29.02%. In hospitals, RN turnover rose to 17.6% in 2025, reversing several years of improvement, and every 1-point change costs the average hospital about $295,000 a year. In nursing homes specifically, total nursing staff turnover runs a median of 94% a year.
